I had the privilege of working for Jim from 1988-1991, and again from 1998-2000. There was never a day that I did not witness his compassion towards someone in need. He genuinely connected with everyone and never saw anyone through a label. I remember every pep talk, discussions on life, love, and the importance of family he gave to me. He always encouraged me to look above the glass ceiling I placed on myself. He took pride in being someone you went to when you needed help. He helped me during the darkest times of my life, and I will forever be grateful that God placed me in Jim’s path. My condolences to Deborah and all of Jim’s family. He will be greatly missed.
