Jim was always a pleasure to have in Court. He consistently had cordial and professional relationships with opposing counsel. He was always honest and objective about the strengths and weaknesses of his cases, but he was respected by lawyers and judges for his utter lack of hesitation to take his case before a jury. He was consistently a zealous and compelling advocate for his clients at trial, which surely produced better outcomes for his future clients. Most of all, he was a reliable, trustworthy and fun guy to work with. He will truly be missed, but his legacy will be long remembered.
